Furthest Distance Mermet Springs Rashguard Challenge
Contest Rules:
Eligibility:
To be eligible, you simply need to own a Mermet Springs rashguard! The Panel of Judges, Mermet Springs Staff, as well as their immediate family (spouse, siblings and children) and household members of those judges, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period:
Photos may be submitted beginning September 1, 2018 through April 1, 2019 at noon. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible. Winners will be announced April 15, 2019.

What to Enter:
An awesome photo wearing your Mermet Springs Rashguard taken above or below water from the furthest physical distance from Mermet Springs. For example: a photo taken in Truk Lagoon or swimming with a whale shark in the Maldives!

The Mermet Springs judges shall determine entry eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. All eligible photos will be displayed on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for pictures to be uploaded.

How to Enter:
You may enter up to three (3) images during the entry period in each of the categories, Furthest Distance and Crazy or Fun photo. However, a separate winner will be chosen for each category.

Judging:
Photos will be judged on the furthest distance from Mermet Springs using GPS coordinates or closest known site or landmark. Judging will be conducted by a panel of impartial judges chosen by Mermet Springs. The winner will be notified and awarded their prizes within 30 days of the conclusion of the contest.

The winning photo will be announced on our Facebook page on April 15, 2019.

Prize:
The winner will receive a 2019 Mermet Springs Season Pass AND a Mermet Springs embroidered jacket. A $375 value!

Your Rights:
If you submit a photograph to enter the Photo Contest, you grant Mermet Springs a royalty-free, nonexclusive right during the Photo Contest and in perpetuity to:

Display the photograph on the Photo Contest submission website.

Allow Mermet Springs to share the photograph on various social media platforms.

Use the photograph online and on social media in support of our mission. We will retain a digital copy of your photograph that will be archived in our photo library.

Release and Limitations of Liability:
By entering, you (parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release and hold harmless Mermet Springs Inc, Facebook, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Photo Contest or receipt or use of any prize. You waive the right to claim any attorney's fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Publicity:
Any information you submit as part of the Photo Contest will be used in accordance with Mermet Springs Inc Privacy Policy. Please note all Rules and Guidelines are subject to change through the discretion of the Mermet Springs Photo Panel.
