Annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving

Mermet Springs hosts the annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving late October.  This event is lots of fun for divers of all experience to show-off their carving skills UNDERWATER!
 

Coming soon in October
  • Carving will begin at 12PM (Noon)

  • Fifty (50) pumpkins are provided

  • Don't forget your pumpkin carving tools

 

Carving Rules
  • The pumpkin must not be carved before the divers get in the water. However, they can make a single cut in the pumpkin before they go underwater to release some air

  • Divers can not draw on the pumpkin before getting in the water

  • Divers can not cut themselves or their buddy

  • Divers must bring all big chunks of pumpkin back to the surface

  • If divers use props for their pumpkin, they must be attached to the pumpkin before getting out of the water

  • HAVE FUN
