Decompression Diving Instructor Seminar

Decompression.jpg

SSI's new recreational specialty, Decompression Diving, enables you to teach your divers to dive beyond the no-decompression limits, utilizing a recreational total diving system and a single decompression cylinder.  Upon certification your divers can plan and execute dives up to 130 feet in depth with up to 15 minutes of planned decompression.  The course covers gas planning, computer use to include switching gasses, time-to-reserve and time-to-surface functions as well as skills needed to perform gas switching.

SSI is offering three, single-day seminars to include a review of Standards, Learning Materials and Instructor resources as well as exercises in gas-planning utilizing Decompression Diving materials and Dive Planning Software.  Candidates will put this information to immediate use to plan and execute a decompression dive from the course.
